WHY WE LIKE IT
First and foremost, it is incredibly easy to use and we love the simple 2x the points on everything straight across the board. This card is a staple for places like Walmart, Costco, etc..
Recently, Capital One introduced more than 15 transfer partners, including Air Canada, Air France, Etihad, and Cathay Pacific, with most points transferring at a 1:1 ratio.
In addition to these transfer options, Venture maintains its original feature of allowing points redemption to offset any travel purchase at a rate of 1 cent per point. This means the 75,000 bonus miles equate to $750 in free travel. Whether it's airline tickets, hotels, rental cars, Uber, or taxis, you can pay with your Venture card and later use your points to reimburse the charges. Alternatively, transferring to any of the many partners can potentially provide much more than $750 in value.
